Isso foi algo fatal, pois a engine é a coisa mais especializada jogo. Sempre quando generalizava tinha uma coisa que se perdia, ou modifica o xml. Tendo um duplo trabalho. Pensei nessa idéia criando um modelo de componente que contenha: geometria de física, ativações de sons e a regra dele dentro de um contexto de jogo. O mais difícil foi em pensar nas interações do teclado podendo ser interpretada uma tecla como um som, overlay, regra do jogo ou algo de renderização. Estudar as melhores tecnologias, etc. Foi decidido fazer em C++, por que todos os jogos cormeciais usam esta linguagem. No desenvolvimento do editor, isso iria dificultar a parte da interface, pois diferente do c# e Delphi, o c++ não tem componentes intuitivos para criação de janelas. Sorte que foi encontrada a biblioteca wxWidgets, que faz a junção das janelas com o C++.
